On today’s show, Luke went over some really cool Minecraft PE tips like what to do with spawn eggs and how to spawn people. He also mentioned how he used YouTube to find tutorials on the game.
The crazy word of the day was “teeth” which led us into our talk about teeth. You have 20 teeth as a child then by age 12, you will have 32 which stay with you your entire life. But you have to take care of them and see your dentist regularly. You can find more info here.
Luke told a bunch of great jokes that he found on jokes4us.com! My favorite was:
“What does a nosey pepper do? Gets jalapeno business!”
We also got our daily exercise in by reaching to the stars with our hands and arms while marching in place. That was a good way to keep active. You can find more exercise tips here.
And our last activity of the hour was reading “I Stink” by Kate and Jim McMullan. The book gave us many good hints so that by the end of the story, we knew it was a garbage truck that works during the night to get rid of all the garbage so we don’t end up living on “Mount Trash-o-rama, Baby!”
Don’t forget about Astronomy Observation Night at Misericordia University on Friday, October 3 at 8:00 p.m.
Thanks to the Wyoming Free Library for their loan of materials and books for our show!
Until next Sunday!
