Today is all about working out…And music of course.

According to, “Music appears to rev up your central nervous system for activity while simultaneously helping to distract your mind from discomfort or difficulty, the research suggests.”
Listening to music increases your endurance, distracts you, and helps you run faster. I have been spending a lot of time at the gym and only recently have I been using music to help me. And boy has it made an improvement! Music makes my workouts so much more fun, and easier to endure.
